Holly co-principal of DH Dance Academy, began dancing at the age of 3 at her local dance school studying ISTD Ballet, Tap and Modern, later studying pointework and jazz technique. During this time Holly also successfully auditioned as a musical theatre associate at the Urdang Academy, furthering her training in jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, ballet and classical repertoire.
At 18, Holly began her full time training at North London Dance Studios where she gained her ISTD teaching qualifications in Tap, Modern Theatre and Imperial Ballet. She has since furthered her teacher training with the Royal Academy of Dance and qualified as an RAD teacher with her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies and qualified as a Progressing Ballet Technique teacher.
Holly's future plans are to gain her Licenciate and Fellowship qualifications, she is passionate about training the next generation of dancers.
Hayley co-principal of DH Dance Academy, began dancing at the age of 3 at her local dancing school, she has studied many styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Street and Hip Hop; from a young age she discovered her love for the stage, performing in venues such as Her Majesties Theatre & Sadlers Wells.
At 17, Hayley decided to pursue her passion and began full time training at North London Dance Studios, here she went on to study, take exams and gain her dance qualifications. Since graduating she pursued her love for performing and worked with choreographers on music videos for artists such as Little Mix. She also performed on stage in Theatre Shows, Pantomimes, Charity Events, and Live events such as: Britain's Next Top Model, Leicester Square Theatre, Cinderella at the Shaw Theatre, Michael Jackson EU Tour and many more.
Hayley still trains frequently and believes it is important to keep up to date with the ever growing industry, her aim is to help the younger generation grow in confidence and achieve their goals.
Sian took her first ballet class at the age of 3 and since then she has studied many styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Street and Hip Hop. From a young age Sian found her love for the stage performing in many pantomimes and showcases.
At the age of 18 she chose to continue her training full time at the North London Dance Studio (NLDS) where she successfully gained both DDI and DDE certificates in Tap and Modern Theatre.
As a professional dancer Sian has gained experience performing in many showcases and live events, She has also been part of original casts such as ‘Soldier’ a Hip hop production, performed at Leicester Square Theatre and later went on to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Sian now enjoys passing her love of dance on to her students and is proud to see their achievements.
Hollie has been dancing from the age of 3 studying the styles of ballet and then branching into gymnastics. She studied many styles of dance through the years and found her love for performing.
She went onto train full time at North London Dance Studios in musical theatre, She is ISTD qualified and with her DDE qualification in modern theatre.
Professionally she has appeared in commercials including T-mobile, Mcdonalds, Pizza hut etc, as well as performing on stage in pantomime and charity, live events and at move it. She has danced for artists such as Mcfly, The Saturdays, Tiny Tempah. A professional cheerleader for pineapple touring with performances including dancing for England Cricket, Chelsea Football Club and Saracens rugby club.
She teaches across Hertfordshire in schools and academies. Her teaching includes a variety of styles including Modern, Jazz, Lyrical, Street, Latin and ballroom and cheerleading with a level 3 coaching standard. Hollie has a passion for teaching and feels there's nothing quite like dancing for stimulating the mind and body. She hopes to inspire dancers with Technique, hard work of course fun so they can shine bright and reach their potential!
