WITHDRAWAL, ABSENCE & CANCELLED CLASSES
- If you would like to change your classes or cancel your membership, you must email
INFO@DHDANCEACADEMY.COM
- If you decide to cancel your membership, we require one month’s written email notice along with a final full fee payment.
Each monthly payment is a portion of the full year’s cost, not a payment for that specific month alone. This means that even when notice to cancel is given, the final payment contributes to the total balance due for the entire year of classes, not just for one month’s worth. This allows us to ensure classes are consistently available for you over the full year.
- Refunds are not given for the remainder of a terms classes if notice is given with more than 4 weeks left of a term.
- We understand that sometimes a pupils’ absence from class is unavoidable. However, we request that where possible we are given notification of any absence. Missed classes are not able to be refunded or deducted from the membership.
- If your child is unwell or is suffering from a contagious illness, we politely as that they do not attend class
- On the rare occasion class needs to be cancelled by DH Dance Academy due to illness, extreme weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, notification will be given as soon as possible. These classes will be made up at a later date.
