Hayley, co-principal of DH Dance Academy, began her dance journey at the age of three at her local dance school. She has trained in a wide range of styles, including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Street, Musical Theatre and Hip Hop. At 17, Hayley decided to pursue her passion professionally, enrolling in full-time training at North London Dance Studios. There, she honed her skills, completed examinations, and earned her dance qualifications.
After graduating, she built a successful performance career, working with esteemed choreographers and artists. Her experience includes theatre productions, pantomimes, charity events, and high-profile live performances such as Britain’s Next Top Model, Leicester Square Theatre, Cinderella at The Shaw Theatre, Her Majesty’s Theatre, The London Palladium, Sadler’s Wells, the Michael Jackson EU Tour, and more.
Hayley has always been passionate about teaching and is committed to empowering her students with confidence, helping them feel their very best and achieve their goals. She now remains dedicated to making DH Dance a warm, welcoming, and inspiring space for students, families, and faculty alike.
Holly co-principal of DH Dance Academy, began dancing at the age of 3 at her local dance school studying ISTD Ballet, Tap and Modern, later studying pointework and jazz technique. Holly also successfully auditioned as a musical theatre associate at the Urdang Academy, furthering her training in jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, ballet and classical repertoire.
At 18, Holly began her full time training at North London Dance Studios where she gained her ISTD teaching qualifications in Tap, Modern Theatre and Imperial Ballet. She has since furthered her teacher training with the Royal Academy of Dance and qualified as an RAD Registered Teacher, Progressing Ballet Technique and Acrobatic Arts.
Most recently, Holly has recently achieved Licentiate Higher Teaching Status with the ISTD in Ballet and Modern theatre, with plans to study for Fellowship Status in the near future.
Liv has been dancing since 3 years old; she started her training at The Highstone Dance Academy where she took weekly classes in many styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical and Street.
Liv successfully graduated from the brilliant Centre PAC where she gained valuable training and performing experience as well as qualifications to move into her professional career.
Liv is now a successful dancer and teacher, she loves to share her knowledge and passion for dance with the next generation and help students grow in confidence!
Lydia studied performing arts at Susi Earnshaw Theatre school, she then went on to train at Bird College of Dance & Theatre performance where gained a BA Hons In Dance and Professional Musical Theatre - Upper 2:2.

The Norwegian ‘Epic’ Cruise Ship for a year in ‘Pricilla Queen Of The Desert’ and then went on to touring for CBeebies ‘In The Night Garden Live’ performing all over the UK.

Lydia teaches a wide range of dance styles plus Singing, Drama & Musical Theatre. She aims to merge enjoyment, freedom and fun whilst learning across al of her classes.
Chloe-Jo started dancing from the age of 3 at Strickland Cook Theatre School. She grew up competing in competitions and championships across the country gaining many titles as well as being in the Miss Dance of Great Britain finals for 3 years in a row achieving being in the Grand Top 6!
Chloe-Jo is a professionally trained performer with experience in West End Theatre, TV, Radio - including Mamma Mia, Dick Whittington, Cinderella and more. As well as this, Chloe-Jo has always had a huge love and passion for teaching. She is a qualified teacher and member of the IDTA, ISTD LAMDA and has over 10 years of teaching experience in schools and colleges across the country plus internationally via zoom and judging competitions and festivals. Chloe-Jo is also the owner and founder of CJ Theatre Intensives - an intensive programme that provides workshops with Industry Professionals for aspiring performers.

Victoria loves to share her experience & talents with her students. She is a passionate teacher who gets the very best out of her students with a fun, encouraging approach to training.
Elle has been dancing since the age of 4 in styles such as ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary and street dance. She attended London Studio Centres Associates Programme during her mid teens and then went on to study at the Urdang Academy. She most recently completed a degree at Performers College in Musical Theatre and Dance and gained her teaching qualifications.
Since graduating, Elle has gained experience in commercial work, appearing in music videos and live performances. Elle is currently performing as a professional dancer with Aida Cruises!
Elle is an incredible dancer plus a passionate & caring teacher. She adores teaching and watching students improve but most importantly, having fun!
Jodie has always loved dancing, she started Tap at the age of 6 and this was where her love of dance evolved! Jodie trained at a local performing arts school, she left secondary school to study BTEC Level 3 in Dance at Harlow College for 2 years. She then furthered her studies by training professionally at DNA Studios for 3 years, covering a wide range of dance, singing and acting styles. Jodie hopes to pass on her knowledge to all of her students through encouragement and building confidence to make them the best performer they can be!

DH Dance Academy is a school of dance, offering dance classes in in Welwyn & Hertford.
The school was founded by principals Hayley Driscoll & Holly Hillier; both have been dancing since the age of 3 in a various dance disciplines. Both went on to professional training together at North London Dance Studios, during this time Hayley & Holly gained teaching qualifications, performance experience and built a beautiful friendship sharing their love for dancing.
Since graduating Hayley & Holly continued more studies for teaching qualifications in ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing) & (RAD Royal Academy of Dancing). Both went on to teach children of all ages and abilities and choreograph for dance showcases and events. They have also worked professionally in the industry performing in west end shows, pantomimes and commercially in videos and live events. After gaining an extensive amount of experience in both teaching and performing Hayley & Holly decided to build their own dance school together.
